Binding Core Offset
The following graph shows the distribution of the position of the binding core. An offset of 0 corresponds to a binding core at the middle of a peptide with an odd length, and is not defined for peptides with an even length.

N-terminal and C-terminal Motifs
The N-terminus and C-terminus of the peptide influence its binding property due to cleavage preference.
